Mark brings over 30 years diverse experience, including four years as a Board Member and Membership Committee Chair at the American Council of Life Insurers. 

Mark has extensive experience in both large (GE, American Express, and Ameriprise Financial) and entrepreneurial (Allfinanz, the GE Capital - ResCom joint venture, and Independence Associates) organizations. 

This diverse background of working with corporate boards, industry analysts, rating agencies, regulators, as well as real experience in policy-making provides exceptional insight.

That insight, coupled with Mark's time spent leading life and annuity companies provides deep knowledge of the challenges of modern business: from technology and investments to product design and distribution strategies.

All of this combined with Mark's grounding in GE’s finance function delivers a deep awareness of the trade-off decisions your business faces every day.

Ken is a seasoned financial professional with over 25 years of experience managing institutional investment portfolios, leading acquisition integration and strategic planning activities for Fortune 100 companies, and co-founding a successful FinTech software company.

Ken holds an MBA from Marquette University and an undergraduate degree in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

John is a business lawyer with over twenty years of experience as an advocate and trusted advisor to senior management of larger companies.

John is responsible for documenting Acadia's transactions and its corporate governance

John was a partner in a large national law firm for most of his legal career where he represented businesses in a diverse range of industries in commercial litigation and business transactions.

John earned a bachelor's degree from Oberlin College, a law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a masters degree in taxation from Washington University.
